Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide and have shipped to over 400 cities across the world.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
No we do not ship to a PO Box. Please supply us with a physical mailing address. We recommend that the credit card billing address match the shipping address for faster processing and to prevent fraud.
What days do you ship on and how are shipping days calculated?
We ship from Monday – Friday. No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday or on holidays. We only count business days when estimating delivery date.
How long does it usually take to get the delivery?
It typically takes 3 – 7 business days to ship out the product. We express ship all products at a flat $10 per item. It usually takes 48 - 72 hours once the package is shipped to get to your door steps. Note: Custom Tailored products can take longer depending on the work involved. We will notify you by email.
Can the shipping be expedited?
If you need an item quicker please send an email to sales@dulhanwear.com to request a product quicker. We will notify you and let you know if the product can be shipped out faster.
Do you guarantee shipment by a certain date?
No. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on the date you requested once it leaves our facility. There are a number of factors beyond our control that prevent us from guaranteeing you the delivery on your selected date. The weather, airports, courier and other factors which are out of our hands can cause a delay in shipment. We will not make misleading promises. Our policy is to be upfront and honest.
If I order more than one item will I receive all of them in one delivery?
It is possible that you may get everything in one delivery. There may be times where we ship your order in multiple deliveries based on availability. In such cases you may get your delivery on multiple days.
