Our Exchange / Return / Refund policy is fair and better than most online competitors. We have one of the best exchange policies on the web. We encourage our customers to read our policy before purchasing any products from our website.
Custom tailored products cannot be exchanged or returned. This is every online retailer's policy. Custom tailored / altered products can not be resold. It must also be noted that custom tailored products require multiple sessions of alterations in order to get the perfect fit. It is impossible to always get the right fit on the first attempt and we recommend that few alterations may be required after we tailor the product. Note: You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product that you wish you exchange or return the product.
Note: Our shipping charge of $10 / per item is a discounted price. Regular shipping charges are $20 per 2.2 pounds. We assume $10 of the express shipping charges on each sale in order to offer affordable shipping for our customers. On returns the $20 shipping charge will be calculated when offering refunds.
Note: No exchange or refund will be offered after the 10 day hassle free period has ended.
We offer a 10 day hassle free exchange policy. If you don’t like the product for any reason you may ship it back to us within 10 days of receipt of the product.
We will also provide you with $8 store credit for any future order. This is our way of offsetting the shipping costs you will incur on the exchange. (Note: no other online competitor offers this - especially if you simply didn't like the product and there is no damage or mistake made by the retailer)
We will bear the cost of shipping the replacement to your doorsteps (up to $15). (Note no other online competitor offers this - especially if you simply didn't like the product and there is no damage or mistake made by seller)
Note: In order to avoid abuse of this policy we will only pay for the shipping and offer $8 store credit once
every 60 days per household. In a rare case, if you do not like the exchanged item you must pay for the return shipping and full shipping charges of the replacement from our office to your doorsteps typically ($20 per 2 pounds).
Please send us an Email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the problem before shipping it out. We will generate a RMA code for the return. This allows us to better track returns and provide more efficient customer service.
Items mailed to us for exchange without first contacting us, will not be processed in time and may not qualify for an exchange.
We only offer returns & refunds on items where it’s our fault in shipping you a defective product or completely wrong product.
Products with color, design and pattern variations from what you observed on your computer screen will not be considered wrong product. We openly state that certain colors (red, maroon, orange) along with (blue & green) look similar to each other on some computer screens.
Custom tailored & altered products CAN NOT be exchanged or returned. We can not offer a refund on custom tailored products! We recommend getting the product altered locally.
If it’s our fault you have the following options:
1. Exchange the product for identical or another item of your choice in the same price range. Exchange policy rules will apply except we will give you a store credit for full amount of your shipping costs of the exchange (up to $15). (does not apply to custom tailored / altered products)
2. Request a full refund. If you no longer want an exchange or replacement, we will refund you the full amount you spent when you bought the product.
If it's not our fault you have the following options:
1. First contact us at email@example.com and provide us with a brief description of the problem, we will generate a RMA number in order to process the return. You must pay for the return shipping charges.
2. There will be a 15% restocking / processing fee on the total amount plus $10 shipping fee per 2.2 pounds on the original order.
Example: You bought a $100 unstitched saree and paid $10 discounted shipping. There will be a $15 restocking & processing fee based on the $100 sale price. You will also be responsible for $10 shipping fee. We pay $20 per 2.2 pounds on express shipping. The shipping charge of $10 paid by you is discounted and we pay additional $10 on each 2.2 pounds. So your refund from us will be $75.
Refunds will only be offered for defective products and if wrong products were shipped otherwise refunds are subject to 15% restocking and processing fee plus $10 per 2.2 pounds on shipping.
