In order to maintain adequate stock levels of each product in different sizes, colors and to avoid paying double shipping charges, we maintain most of our inventory in our multiple warehouses in India. Many of our products are shipped directly from India with express shipping of 48 - 72 hours! (note: all customer service and business operations are handled by our Carol Stream, IL. office.)

Red, Maroon, Orange, Blue & Green colors have a higher chance of being displayed on your screen in a different shade.
Indian Dresses – Are not typically mass produced but instead is the work of art of skilled workers. Repeating a dress is a manual process therefore a dress cannot be EXACT as you see in the image. There may be slight variations in the design, pattern and color.
All products details specified for example color, pattern, size, handwork, weight, etc. may not be exact as the final product. We do our best to describe the work as close to the actual product as possible.
Custom Tailoring – Custom tailoring is a very tricky process when done over the internet. The measurements are not taken by the tailor who will be working on the dress but instead are provided directly by customers. Tailoring typically requires multiple alterations in order to get the “perfect” fit and that too with face to face interaction. It is expected that after we tailor your product there may be slight alterations that may need to be done. We recommend that the alterations should be done by a local tailor. Dulhanwear.com currently offers limited tailoring options because of the complications and to avoid dissatisfaction of our customers. We want to offer products and services that will exceed your expectations.
Due to the volume of inventory moving from our warehouses, it is not possible to always have a real-time up to date count on product availability. Your order is treated as a “reservation” and we will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to confirm your order. If an item is no longer in stock, we will quote you a time frame on how long it will take to fulfill the order. If the item is no longer manufactured we will give you an option to select a similar product at the same cost.
Majority of our products are express shipped from India and the shipping costs are discounted at flat $10 per item. Regular shipping costs are $20 per/kg or 2.2 pounds. We usually offer promotions with free shipping with minimum order amount.
We ship VIA major couriers such as FedEX, UPS, DHL and USPS.
We may ship your products in multiple shipments to expedite the delivery.
